On Thursday 6th October, Vaccination UK will be in school from 1:00pm-3:00pm to administer the nasal flu vaccine. The nasal flu vaccine is painless, quick, and side effects are uncommon and generally mild. All pupils in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are eligible. Please follow the link below to access the letter and complete the E-Consent Link.
It is important that all parents complete the E-Consent form. Even if you wish to decline the vaccine, Vaccination UK still require the consent form to be completed. This will ensure that the child does NOT get vaccinated.
