Junior Flu immunisation- 6th October

The junior school will be having the nurses in school to deliver the flu immunisation on Thursday 6th October. This will be a nasal spray. Please read the information on the attached letter. The e-consent form, which is available via a link on the letter, must be completed in order for your child to receive the immunisation.
