Dear Families,
As part of our Federation Kenya Day this Friday we will be going to the junior site to conclude our celebrations. We therefore ask for all infant school pupils (Reception, Year 1 & Year 2) to be collected from the junior school promptly at 3:05pm.
The junior school is located on Woodcote Road - WV6 8LG.
If your child attends After School Care, they will be collected from the junior school by Mrs Williams and Mrs Levett who will then walk the children to the Nursery setting for you to collect as normal.
Children will take all their belongings to the junior site in preparation for collection. We therefore ask only essential items e.g. a water bottle and sun hat are sent into school on Friday - books bags will not be required. In addition, please do not bring bikes or scooters to leave in the shelter.
All junior school pupils will be dismissed following the normal procedure at 3:25pm.
